Question: Do you have the inventory so that I could come in and purchase a wig and leave wearing it?
Answer: Fantasia has a very large wig and hair piece inventory. It is very possible that you could leaving wearing your new hair. If we don't have what you need in stock; in most cases we can have it within a few days.
Question: Will everyone know that I'm wearing a wig?
Answer: If people can tell you are wearing a wig; more than likely it does not fit properly or has not been cut correctly to frame your face. There is an art to fitting wigs and our Hair Replacement Specialists have been trained to customize the wigs to the individual. Most Hair Designers have not been trained to work with wigs.
Question: Why should I purchase a wig from Fantasia when I can possibly find it cheaper somewhere else?
Answer: When you purchase a wig from Fantasia; you are getting much more than just the wig. Your Hair Replacement Specialist will help determine your colors...are you warm or cool? This is important in selecting the most flattering color hair for you. The fitting, styling and cutting of the wig are included, no extra charges. You will be given scalp care instruction to help facilitate healthy hair re-growth, when it is necessary, your hair will be removed, again at no charge. You will be trained on how to care for your new hair. Any fine tuning of your piece will be done at no charge. Sometimes this can take more than one visit; we want to make sure you are happy with the way you look. Product samples, a Styrofoam head and carrying bag are provided at no extra charge. Discounts on Manicures and Pedicures, Make up application and tips are all provided at no charge. So, as you can see; you are getting much, much more than just a wig!
Question: Would it be possible for me to come in for a consultation, purchase a wig and leave wearing the wig?
Answer: Fantasia has a very large inventory of wigs and hair pieces and it is very possible that we would have exactly what you need in stock. In the event that we do not have what you need; we can usually get it for you within a few days.
Question: I purchased a wig elsewhere that I do not wear because it does not look good. Can you fix it for me?
Answer: The Hair Replacement Specialists at Fantasia will not cut or fit wigs which were purchase elsewhere. We use to do this but we could not guarantee our work for various reasons usually having due with poor quality and construction. We only want to work with wigs that we know will give you the look you want so those are the wigs which we sell.
